Virus & Spyware Removal
A Virus is a software program capable of reproducing itself and usually capable of causing great harm to files or other programs on the same computer; "a true virus cannot spread to another computer without human assistance". Because companies are always trying new things to boost their business, they have to try new and more aggressive ways to earn your business. The latest fad is to find out what people want by spying on them. Installing a program that keeps track of what you do with your computer is what Spyware does. However, too much Spyware will take up the resources that one needs to get there job done on the computer. Catching and removing Spyware can be quite tedious. One can never be sure if your deleting the right files or programs without damaging the existing system.

Hardware Removal & Installation
The most important moving part in a computer is the hard drive. It is also the most dreaded thing to replace. There are other parts in a computer that may need upgrading or replacing. Just to name a few: CD/DVD-rom, RAM (Random Access Memory, Mother-board, Power supply, Fans, Case, Cables, Battery (for BIOS).

Software Removal and Installation
Most people only think of software as Microsoft Windows and Word. However, there are lots of software. Some that just take up space. Having a small hard drive is a great reason to remove some software that are no-longer being used. Ther are other software that are installed automatically from the web without your knowledge. If you see an icon that doesn't look like a program, give us a call before deleting the icon or uninstalling it.

PC and Server
The differences between these two are enormous.  Generally speaking, a PC could be any desktop-based computer designed primarily as an affordable workstation for home or office use. However, the term is often used to refer to a particular type of desktop computer; an Intel-based IBM-compatible. A Server is a computer, or a software application that provides a specific kind of service to client software running on other computers. The term can refer to a particular piece of software, such as a Web Server, or to the computer on which the software is running. A single computer may have several different server software applications running on it, thus providing many different servers to clients on a network.

Backup and Disaster Recovery
A backup is a copy of the files on your system. If there should ever be a hardware or software failure, it is good to know that there is a backup. Trying to rebuild years of data, whether financial or just documents can be very expensive. Most companies keep electronic records and discard the hard copies. Making a backup will safe guard your business and personal information. Not to mention having to reload all the programs that you no longer have the CDs for.
